We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned and cancelling an Experience is no big deal.

If you as a Taste Explorer cancel a booking request (before the chef has accepted) you will be entitled to a full refund including Experience Maker Fees and AmoChef Fees.

If you as a Taste Explorer cancel a confirmed booking you will be entitled to have your Experience Maker Fees refunded but, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you the AmoChef Fees.
