In this experience you will explore dishes that are perfect for the winter period, that will evoke memories of cosy days sat by the fire place with your loved ones. Based on traditional methods and modern skills I picked up through out my years as a chef , the dishes are all prepared using organic, local, fresh ingredients.
Even with no snow, this experience is sure to make you feel warm inside with the specially created menu.
Rich King Winter menu includes
Roasted figs, parma ham and goats cheese, with a mixed leaf rum apricot salad, served with toasted pumpkin seeds and walnuts. Finished with a spiced vinegar glaze.
Pan fried breast of duck with spring onion potato croquettes, served with a grapefruit pumpkin puree. Finished off with a spinach & pistachio crumb and a plum jus.
Merlot poached pear with vanilla and cinnamon mascarpone. Served with hazelnut shortbread, dark chocolate flakes and orange & lime sugar bites.
