About the experience
With this experience I am going to take you on a journey to Sicily from the comfort of your own home and present you with island cuisine using British seasonal produce. The entire experience will allow you to taste the great Mediterranean-inspired food cooked from scratch using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients where possible plus some exotic specialties from Italy and Sicily.

Carrot and feta bhaji with cucumber and Yogurt raita (Vegetarian)
Octopus Burger in sesame seeded brioche buns, XO sauce and braised octopus
Gnudi – ricotta dumplings, spiced butternut squash veloute, sage & pinenuts Panelle & Caponata
Palermo-style chickpea fritters topped with a Sicilian aubergine agro-dolce stew.

Dorset Crab & Lobster Martini Cocktail with Yuzu aioli, avocado mousse & lumpfish caviar
Black Truffle Ravioli – wild mushroom ragu, crispy chicken wings & Jerusalem artichoke
Gin & Salmon Gravadlax – with cucumber, sour cream, beetroot and dill
Chestnut and Red Chicory Risotto with Robiola cheese, red wine and Parmesan cheese (Vegetarian)

Pomegranate Glazed Lamb, ras el hanout, chickpea and squash with spiced yogurt
Curried Monkfish with cannellini beans, mussels, prawns and coconut curry
Pork Loins -stuffed pork loin with capers, sultanas,pinenuts and olives served with crackling, smoked mashed potatoes
Marsala sauce and heritage carrots with caraway seeds and honey
Beef Onglet Tagliata mushroom purée, rosemary confit potatoes, celeriac and bone marrow sauce
Chicken supreme – corn-fed free range chicken, peperonata, crispy prosciutto and herb gnocchi
Sicilian ricotta cannoli – filled with sweetened local sheeps ricotta and chocolate chips & candied orange
Riesling and ginger Sorbet Apple Terrine with Miso caramel ice cream, oat and ginger crumbles
Middle Eastern Spiced Rice pudding with poached quince, orange blossom water, pistachios, cinnamon & saffron
Proper Tiramisù made with Savoiardi biscuits, coffee, Marsala, mascarpone and free range eggs
